The Evolving Kitchen

 

Join Asha Tremblay, personal trainer and mind-to-muscle-connection master, and Sam Rempel-Wry, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and home cook, on Sunday, March 6th, at 1 pm for two hours of fun as we make sauerkraut together (virtually)! We’re talking real-old-school-no-vinegar-no-preservatives-full-of-good-for-your-gut sauerkraut. We’ll be discussing the importance of fermented foods in our lives as well as giving so many helpful tidbits to get you connected to that beautiful vessel that is your body. This is our second time holding this event because it was such a good time the first time around. Last time we made straight kraut without anything fancy— this time, if you are so inclined, we’ll be giving options for getting creative with your sauerkraut.

How it works: you register below, we send you the already-done-for-you shopping list and a zoom link, and at the event, we make it all together while we talk, laugh, learn, and laugh (laughing is in there twice because there's usually twice as much laughing as anything else). Feel free to bring your kids, your partner, your neighbours, your pets (especially the pets— we want to see the floofs), etc.

The cost of this event is $25. (Having the ears and expertise of a Registered Holistic Nutritionist AND a personal trainer for two hours? That's a steal!) Once you have registered, please send an EMT to s.rempelwry@hotmail.ca (password “evolving”) or cash to one of us in person.

Even though the event is on March 6th, we recommend that you register as early as possible to ensure you have enough time to get all the ingredients!
